NRLRC offers free webinar
As a benefit of membership, NRLRC members have an opportunity to participate in
a free, online interactive webinar on Wednesday, Jan. 13, at 1 p.m. CST. Presented
during NRLRC's 30th Anniversary Seminar to great reviews, "Understanding the Legal
Implications of Payment, Performance and Bid Bonds" will be presented by
Philip Siegel, a partner with the law firm Hendrick, Phillips, Salzman & Flatt,
Atlanta.
During this one-hour program, you will gain a better understanding of how these
bonds work for public and private construction projects and get answers to
such questions as: What are the differences between bonds and insurance? How is
bid bond liability determined? How long is a contractor liable? What are surety
